Description

We are looking for an Associate who is solutions-focussed, skilled at building relationships, who enjoys being at the heart of change, and who wants to be part of a cohesive, diverse, and vibrant specialist team.

The role requires an Associate who has a practical and methodical approach to their work, who is good with detail and able to cope with deadlines. You must be confident in liaising with individuals at all levels throughout the firm, enjoy acquiring new knowledge and be able to exercise sound judgement when necessary.

Previous high level knowledge of the independence or conflict rules would be beneficial but is not a requirement. Full training on these elements of the role will be provided.

Whilst prior independence knowledge is useful, what is more important is that you have a willingness to learn a new technical area, a client service mentality/background would be helpful, excellent coaching and communication skills and you want to join a dynamic team that provides critical business support to the firm in a complex and fast changing regulatory environment.
